- Remains of dated colophon (f. 228) ἐγρα[, διὰ[, ἔτει[. Owned by Georgios lector (τοῦτο τὸ εὐαγγέλιον παρακαλῶ σὺν τῷ ἀδελφῷ μου τῷ Γεωργίῳ τῷ ἀναγνώστῃ, f. 215). Long erased Greek inscription (f. 166v). Owned by John Covel, D.D., at Constantinople, 1677 (note f.1; his Greek MS XXIV, f.1; Fontes p. 116). Purchased from Covel for the Harleian Library, 27 Feb. 1715/6 (Diary pp.xxxiv-xxxvi)
