Scribe and owner identified as Manuel Glynzounios (Repertorium I 248).

- Owned by Antonio Agustín, Archbishop of Tarragona (d.1586) and the Monastery of San Lorenzo, El Escorial, where it was No.208 in the 1587 catalogue and ff. 239-337 of MS Φ.II.4 (E. Miller Catalogue des manuscrits grecs de la Bibliothèque de l'Escurial, Paris 1848, pp. 154-155; Revilla-de Andres Escorial ii pp.30-31). Owned by J. G. Graevius (No.36 in his 1703 catalogue; Fontes p.169). Purchased for the Harleian Library from Giovanni Zamboni, 20 Oct. 1725 (front fly-leaf; Diary p.385 n.6; Fontes p.367).
