Gatherings of 8, in three numerical sequences, the latest γʹ-νγʹ: ιγʹ, l. 7 ιςʹ, l. 7 κʹ, l. 4 καʹ, l. 7 λςʹ, l. 3 μζʹ, l. 7 νʹ, l. 4 ναʹ, l. 7 νγʹ(last), l. 6 . μςʹ is complete, including f. 333* (fragment). Partly bound incorrectly, the correct order being ff. 339, 347-354, 340-346, 359-372, 355-358, 373. B.M. binding of calf, gilt-lined with gilt Arundel stamp (19th cent., re-backed 1950).

Written by three scribes: (1) ff. 1-87, 250-259; (2) ff. 88-127, 139-248, 261-354; (3) ff. 127-138, 249, 355-378.
