Paper. ff. 120. 165 x 110 (115 x 70) mm. 21 lines (ff. 1-70v); 27 lines (ff. 72-120). B.M. binding (1919).
Written at Pavia by Johannes Löffelholz of Nuremberg in 1470 (colophons on ff. 70v and 120 giving the dates 25 Sept. and 16 Dec. 1470; Repertorium I 169). Written for the personal use of Johannes Löffelholz. A few manicula and marginal marks in a later hand.
