Ruling Leroy W 01A1, 19-21 lines (ff. 2-8v, 10-15v, 17-120v). Gatherings of 8 leaves, numbered αʹ-ηʹ, ιαʹ-ιηʹ, except εʹand ιγʹ, both of 6 leaves, ιςʹ of 7 and ιηʹ of 4. B.M. binding (1963).
Scribe (ff. 2-8v, 10-15v, 17-120v) Νικηφόρος (inscription, f. 120v; Repertorium I 304; Euangelatou-Notara pp.87, 125). ff. 9, 16 written in a 15th cent. hand.
