Pachomius I, Patriarch of Constantinople 1503-1513: apparently owned by him: inscription, Ἐκκαιδεκαπρόφητον τοῦ ἁγιωτάτου πατριἀρχου κυρίου Παχωμίου (f 1*r).

Presented to the British Museum by George II in 1757 as part of the Old Royal Library.
