Haly, De iudiciis astrorum. Apart from the main text, the manuscript contains the following items:
f. 153v: Schemes of nativity of Edward II, Edward III, and Edward the Black Prince (b. 1330).
ff. 154r: The Greek alphabet with different letter forms, transliterations, and equivalents in Arabic numbers, set in tabular form.
ff. 154v-155r: The Lord's Prayer, Creed of Constantinople, and Gloria in parallel Latin, Greek, and transliterated Greek.
f. 155v: A table of affairs belonging to each planet.
