f. 2v: Latin note, in the hand of Patrick Young, concerning both the attribution in Royal 16 D i of the following text to St Gregory of Nyssa and his addition of variants from that MS in the margins of ff. 3r-14v. Dated 'Londini, Cal. Nov: 1622'.
ff. 3r-14v: Γρηγορίου πρὸς Τατιανὸν περὶ ψυχῆς. Inc. Τὸν περὶ ψυχῆς σοι λόγον. Variants from Royal 16 D i added in the outer margin.
ff. 15r-25r: Latin translation of the same by Tooker. Inc. Commentationem de anime (Reverende Tatiane) iubebas. Fair copy.
