Foliation: ff 345. Four unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and four at the end.
230 x 165 mm.
Ruling: 175 x 95 mm. 32 lines per page.
Binding: British Museum, 1969.
Decoration: Coloured headpieces and initials at the beginning of each book.
Scribe: Identified as Ζαχαρίας Καλλιέργης (Repertorium 1A 119), though according to Chatzopoulou 2012, p. 23, n. 84, the MS written in part by an anonymous collaborator, possibly his son Nicholas.
