Foliation: ff 68. Old foliation αʹ-νβʹ (ff 2-52), omitting μδʹ. One unfoliated paper leaf after f 67. Three unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and four at the end.
Dimensions: 230 x 170 mm.
Ruling: 165 x 100 mm, 20 lines per page, ff 1r-50v; 170-185 x 100 mm, irregular lines, ff 51r-52v; 200 x 130 mm, 24 lines per page, ff 53r-61v; 155 x 100 mm, 25 lines per page, ff 62r-66r. B.M. binding (1969).

Scribe: (ff 62r-66r) Φίλιππος Ρόδιος (colophon, f 66r; Repertorium 1A, no. 373). One other hand responsible for ff 1r-61v, 67r, identified by Harlfinger 1971 p. 419 as the same scribe responsible for Vatican, Ott. gr. 372.

Sir Robert Cotton (b. 1571, d. 1631), antiquary and politician: probably owned and transferred to the Royal Library in circa 1616, together with probably Royal 16 C vii and 16 C xxiii (see Harley MS 6018, f 159v; Add MS 35213, f 34r; also Tite 1997, p. 266).
