- 'Emma' Overture. [1840s or 1850s (cf other parts with E Barrett) ] Overture to 'Emma', comic opera in 3 acts, libretto by Eugène de Planard. Orchestral parts. Name added to all parts, 'E Barrett'. The opera was first performed in Paris on 7 July 1821. OPN 6'Masaniello'. Overture. [1840s or 1850s]. The opera was first performed in Paris on 29 Feb 1828. It was first performed in London at Drury Lane Theatre, in English, as 'Masaniello, or, The Dumb Girl of Portici', the music adapted by T S Cooke and B Livius, on 4 May 1829. 1. Orchestral parts. Arranged by Antony Lamotte. With markings in blue pencil. Name added to the parts, 'E Barrett'. Player's name added, 'B Isaacson' (trombone). With some printed parts, most published by Boosey (as no. 10 in the series 'Boosey's Overtures'), though the horn and timpani parts are from a French publication with plate number '241 = 0'; - 2. Printed piano arrangement. [Between 1864 and 1870]. Published by Cramer & Co, plate number 2131. Title page, 'The celebrated overture to Masaniello, composed and arranged for the piano forte by Auber'. Name written on title page, 'A M Norman'.

Published by Cramer, Beale & Co., with plate number 3780; - 2. 'Selection from Fra Diavolo'. [between 1862 and 1883]. Arranged by E Reyloff. Printed orchestral parts. Published by Lafleur and Son.
- 'Zanetta'. Overture. [1840]. Overture to 'Zanetta', comic opera in 3 acts, libretto by Eugène Scribe and Jules-Henri Vernoy de Saint-Georges. Orchestral parts, including 'ripiano'/ripieno and parts for 'cornettes' and ophicleide. The opera was first performed in Paris on 18 May 1840. The overture was played in a concert at Drury Lane Theatre on 8 June 1840.
