Grant by Warner de Begalaia, with the consent of his wife and his heirs, for 5 and a half silver marks with 3 bezants to his wife and 3 to his son Serlo, and for admission of himself and his wife into spiritual fraternity with the house and the whole Premonstratensian order, to the abbey of and canons of Beauchief, of 'totam harewdam' [Harwood Grange], and of land extending on the east of the great way from the cross of Wadshelf to Darley, and of common of pasture in Harelundhegge [Harland Edge, in Beeley] for a specified number of cattle and horses; rent 10s.
