Release from John Bothe of Derby to William Lystere of Little Chester of his claim in 2 and a half acres of land, of which one acre lies in Bryggecroft between the land of John Owteby on each side, and one rood lies in the same croft between the land of Peter Busby on the one part and the land of Thomas Ladde on the other part, and another rood in the same croft on the other side of the said Thomas next to the land of the prebend of All Saints; and half an acre in the same croft, between the land of the abbey of Darley on the one part, and land of the dean of Lincoln on the other part; and half an acre lying in Longecroft between the lands of the prebend of the church of All Saints, Derby.
