Grant from Roger Anabull of Hognaston, yeoman, and George his son, to Humfrey Kyrkland of Wheatcroft, husbandman, of a messuage, a croft and half a bovate of land and meadow, lying in the vill and fields of Hognaston, with 6 selions, of which 4 lie on le Medooe Buttes and 2 in Fenyscloughe abutting on Dersyche; which messuage and croft lie between the messuage of John Alsoppe on the one part, and the messuage of Thomas Forne on the other part, and extend in length from the highway towards Ellwall Broke near Dympullflatt; and the said half bovate lies in divers places in the territory of Hognaston. Dated at Hognaston, co. Derby.
