Grant for one mark from Hamo, son of Walter de Dukemanton, to the canons of Welbeck abbey of a toft in Duckmanton which he held of Hawise, daughter of Robert Torcard, next to the house of Robert, son of Richard, on the east, with two parcels of land, of which one lies in the culture called Benelandes between the small house of the said Hawise and the land of Richard Semblat her man, and the other lying in the same culture towards the east between a half acre of the church and the small house of the said Hawise, paying the said Hawise 14d. annually.
