Lease by Henry Noppe of Duckmanton and his wife Edith, to John Grene of Duckmanton and his wife Isabel, for 40 years of one acre in the meadow situated in divers places in the fields of Duckmanton, with half an acre lying on Fyveacrs in Stubbynges between the land of the abbot and convent of Welbeck on both sides and abutting on one heading on the land of Henry de Dugmanton towards the east, and the other headland on the land onetime Sir Roger Dayncourtes towards the west; and one rood lying under Yohalons between the land of the abbey of Welbeck on both sides and abutting on one headland on the common pasture towards the east and on the other headland on the way leading from Inkersall towards the sheephouse, 'barcaria', of the abbey of Welbeck towards the west; and one rood lying in 'le Vestefeld' between the land of the abbey of Welbeck on both sides and abutting on one headland on the boundary which extends towards Vintervell towards the east, and on the other headland on Evesbrokesiche towards the west. Dated at Duckmanton, co. Derby.
