Grant, in tail, from John de Wytyntone to Henry de Dukmantone and Matilda his wife, of messuages, lands and tenements, with services of freemen and serfs, in Duckmanton, together with the reversion of lands etc. in the same place, which Elizabeth, onetime wife of Roger de Dukmanton held of the said John in dower, and all lands etc. which Agnes, onetime wife of Roger de Dukmanton held in dower; remainder to John, son of Matilda Laveroke, wife of Henry de Dukmantone, and then to Alice, daughter of the said Matilda. The said John also granted to the said Henry and Matilda all his goods, moveable and immoveable.
