Bond of Laurence, son of Richard de Dugmantone, to Richard de Langewathe to acquit him to the abbot and convent of Welbeck of 15d. rent of 2 bovates of land in the vill and territory of Duckmanton, which land the said Richard had of the gift and feoffment of the said Laurence; and the said Laurence quitclaims to the said Richard all his meadowland in Duckmanton, viz. del Bench, and Ygholmyr lying between the drain leading from Bolsover to Chesterfield and Salho, del Halgh, del Hennegrenesike, del Hillimedu, del Smalker, del Merch in two places, del Mirichagh and del Ker, and in an orchard called Sethorerch, and in a place containing 60 feet in length and 30 feet in width, and a selion of his croft with ditch and 'hasta' next to the said croft with meadowland lying at the head of the said selion.
