Confirmation by Laurence son of Richard de Dokemantone to Richard son of Peter de Langwathe and William his brother, of his grant made to them of one toft and one croft, 2 bovates of land and 8 acres of meadow in the vill and territory of Duckmanton, and of 6d. annual rent payable for one toft and one croft and 6 acres of land and meadow which Robert, brother of the said Laurence, held in Duckmanton, and of 8d. of annual rent payable for one toft and one croft and 4 bovates of land and meadow in the same vill which Roger de Hynkreshull held, and with reversion of the said tenements; and also of free milling of corn growing in the said fields at the mill of the abbey of Welbeck at Duckmanton; all which the said Richard granted to William his brother.
