Grant by Roger Asshe and William Flyntham, son and heir of Robert Flyntham, to John Gonor, Thomas Baret and Thomas Boule, of a tenement and burgage lying in Chesterfield, which tenement lies in Southgate in the fee of the dean of Lincoln between a tenement late Robert Hampton on the south and a tenement of the said dean on the north, and abutting on one head on the king's highway towards the west and on the other head on the garden late Robert Hampton on the east; and the burgage lies in the 'Novosoro' (New Market Place), in le Coruiser rawe between the burgage of John Turnovre on the north and the burgage of William Broun on the south, and abutting on a seld (or booth) of Roger Bawekewell on the east.
