Grant, for 50 marks, from Robert, son of Adam de Stanton, to Adam, his son, of the lands which Walter de Bosco (of the Wood) sometime held of the said Robert in Stanton, and lands and homage in Lees and Woodhouses, which Henry de Leys and Robert de Ker held of the said Robert; and 3 bovates of land in Lees, namely those which Reginald de Leys, Richard de Leys and Nicholas de Leys once held of the said Robert; and land which William Fluet once held of the said Robert in the vill of Stanton with the buildings erected thereon called Smythsland; and all that meadow which Richard de Endesover gave to the said Robert; and all his pasture in Stanton, Lees and Woodhouses; and one acre for a sheepcot for 500 sheep.
