Probate copy of Will : On 1507, 4th Ides of February, I Agnes Alyn, wife of Henry Alyn, make my will - I leave my soul to Almighty God, St Mary and all the saints, and my body to be buried in the churchyard of All Saints, Youlgreave - I leave in the name of my mortuary my best animal, and to the building of the belfry, 6s. 8d. - I leave to my servant Peter de Yolgreff, 40d., to Hugh Leys, 2 ewes, to Helen Longley, one ewe, to Emote Vecars, one ewe - I leave to the cathedral churches of Coventry and of Lichfield, 4d. each - I leave to Agnes Bargh, one ewe, to William my son one tenter, two linen sheets, three blankets, two coverlets and one cow, to Roger my son, one cow, to John son of the said Roger, one young ox, to Margaret Bargh, one russet gown, to Grace Longley a kirtle - I leave to the use of St Mary of Youlgreave one ewe - the rest of my goods unbequeathed I leave to Nicholas my son, whom I appoint my executor, to dispose for my soul as he thinks best.

Endorsements: Probate granted before Nicholas Stokesley, Ll.D, commissary general of Geoffrey, bishop of Coventury and Lichfield, in the cathedral church of Lichfield, 9 March 1507 and administration granted to the executor.
