Grant from William, son of Osbert de Chatiswortht, to Aliscia, daughter of Ralph, son of Lescie of Edensor, of the moiety of that half bovate of land with toft and croft which the said Osbert sometime held in the vill and territory of Le Grevis [The Greaves] from Margerie, onetime 'domina de Bethtleye' (lady of Beeley), and the moiety of a meadow which Wthdo (perhaps Odo) de Bobinhull bought from John de Bethtleye lying in length and width in the field of Beeley between the land of Robert, son of Robert, on the one part and Le Oldelie on the other part; rendering annually to the chief lord of the fee 13d., and saving fine for the grinding of corn at the mill of Beeley.
