Fine or Final Concord between Humphre Roe, plaintiff, and Godfrey Foljambe, esquire, defendant, of a 100 messuages, 20 cottages, 500 acres of land, 100 acres of meadow, 100 acres of pasture, 60 acres of wood and 100 acres of gorse and heath in Chesterfield, Newbold, Langley, Wingerworth, Swathwick, Beeley, Bradway, Birchitt, Greenhill, Norton, Unstone, Summerley, Dronfield, Coal Aston, Handley, Wood Hall, Eckington, Beighton, Derby, Norton Lees, Wirksworth, Bonsall, Over Haddon, Abney, Hope, Castleton, Brampton, Tapton, Whittington, Brimington and Matlock, co. Derby; and 6 messuages, 80 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow and 40 acres of pasture in Healey, Ebensall, Sheffield, Bradfield, Attercliffe, Tinsley, Darnall, Rotherham and Eales, co. York; and 7 messuages, 80 acres land, 20 acres meadow and 40 acres of pasture in Skegby, Rolleston and Halam next Southwell in co. Nott., with reversion to the said Godfrey and his heirs male, remainder to Roger Foliambe [Foljambe], his brother, to Sir James Foliambe [Foljambe], to the heirs of Sir Godfrey Foliambe [Foljambe] and to the right heirs of the said Sir James.
