Lease from John Assh of Chesterfield, baker, and Isabel his wife, one daughter and heir of Thomas Cauce [Caus] late of Brampton, to Thomas Foliaumbe, lord of Walton, esquire, where John and Isabel have demised to the said Thomas the fifth part of all the lands etc. late of the said Thomas Cauce, to hold for 20 years from the present date, at an annual rent of 26s. 8d.; right to distrain; Thomas Foliaumbe to have first refusal at a reasonable bargain if the said John and Isabel wish to sell the property; just as Isabel's co-partceners each pay to Thomas for their part of the lands for service and suit to the court of Walton, and 26s. 8d. yearly rent to the said Thomas, John and Isabel shall do likewise.
