Lease from Nicholas Bayguley and Jane his wife, one daughter and heir of Thomas Cause [Caus] of Brampton, and Richard Eyre dwelling at Plumley, where Nicholas and Jane have demised to Richard the fifth part of all lands etc. late of the said Thomas Cause, with everything in Brampton belonging to the said Jane as heir of Thomas after his death, for 10 years from Michaelmas next, at a yearly rent of 26ss. 8d.; right to distrain; Richard shall acquit Nicholas and Jane of suit of 'Peyverell corte' for the said fifth part; Richard shall do no waste in the woods.
