Robert Asshe has bargained and sold to Christopher Midleton a parcel of meadow lying in the Loundhill in the fee of Brampton, now in the tenure of the said Christopher, to hold for ever as more plainly appears in a deed bearing date of this indenture; provided that if Robert pays to Christopher 10s. within 12 months, the deed with livery of seisin shall be void; and the said Robert grants that the said Christopher shall occupy the meadow a year after the expiry of his time, for which year Robert acknowledges himself content.
