Bond, in £120, from John Dodson of Langley in the parish of Heanor, yeoman, and Thomas, his son and heir, to Richard Clarke of Chesterfield, vintner, to be paid on the feast day of St James the apostle next ensuing, under the Statute Merchant made at Acton Burnel and afterwards at Westminster.Sealed as well with their own seals as the seal of the late queen within the borough of Chesterfield, at the said borough before Gabriel Wayne, mayor, and Peter Kirdham, clerk, for such recognisance.Sealed at Chesterfield, co. Derby.
