Grant from William Butler of Borrowcote in Fritchley, in the parish of Crich, tanner, in part performance of a covenant between the said William and John Hill alias Duckmanton of Calow alias Callall, gentleman, to John Digby of Mansfield Woodhouse, and Anthony Bradshawgh of Duffield, gentlemen, of a messuage, field, close and parcels of lands in divers part by name of Nunnclose alias Nunnfeild in Barrowcote alias Borowcote in the parish of Crich now in tenure of the said William, and also another messuage of the said William called le New Innes with all houses and buildings erected thereon and all gardens etc. belonging.
