Letters Patent granting licence to Walter de Waldeschef and Joan his wife to settle his estates in tail male, and for William de Wikkilwod, parson of Boylestone, to re-enfeoff then with 3 messuages, one mill, 4 bovates of land and 100 acres, and the bailiage of two forestries in Hopedale, with appurtenances, in Farfield, Buxton and Hope; with reversion in succession after their deaths of the above mill, messuage and 100 acres of land called Coulowe Bukstones with appurtenances in Fairfield and Buxton, to Juliana, Elizabeth, Isabel, Joan and Margaret their daughters, and the right heirs of the said Walter; and also after the death of the said Walter and Joan, one messuage, 3 bovates of land and the bailiage of one forestry in Hope, onetime of Robert Balgi, to Ralph, son of James de Shirle, and the said Margaret and the heirs of the body of the said Margaret, and if she dies without heirs, then after the death of the said Ralph and Margaret, to Juliana, Elizabeth, Isabel and Joan, and the right heirs of the said Walter; and also after the death of the said Walter and Joan, one messuage, one bovate and the bailiage of one forestry, onetime of John le Hore, to Joan the daughter, and if she dies without heirs, to Juliana, Elizabeth, Isabel and Margaret, and the right heirs of the said Walter.By a fine of 40s.
