Indenture of Lease, for 60 years, from Oliver Hagh to Sir Harry Wylughby, knight, Otiwell Low, Cuthbert Barwyk, John Clark and Bartram Cokker of the 'wynddy mylne' at Cropwell Bishop; rent, a peppercorn at Midsummer, on condition that the said Oliver and Elizabeth his wife take the profits of the said mill during their marriage, and that should the said Oliver die within the said term, then the said Elizabeth shall receive the profits for the rest of the said term, and if the said Elizabeth also dies within the same term, then the executors of the said Oliver to enjoy the remainder of the term.
