Indenture beween Oliver Hagh and Elizabeth, sometime wife of Bartholomew Davenport, witnessing that the said Oliver has enfeoffed Sir Harry Wylughby [Willoughby], knight, Otiwell Low, Cuthbert Barwyk, John Clark and Bartram Cokker in all his lands and tenements in Cropwell Bishop by deed of even date, to the intent that the said Sir Harry and the others shall stand as feoffees to the use of the said Elizabeth for her life and that if after the death of the said Oliver, she shall claim any dower or sue for the same according to common law, then to the use of the said Oliver and his heirs.
