Miles [knight] of Coventry diocese, reciting Letters of Innocent III, dated x Kalends April, the 8th of his pontificate, 23 March 1206, upon the complaint of the abbey of St Ebrulf [Eoroul, Normandy] against the said R., the abbot of Chester and others, for injuries received in relation to the church and manor of Kirkby and the chapel of Wodcote [Woodcote], to appear before them, the morrow of St Hilary (26 January) at St Paul's London, to answer respecting the same.
