Scope & Content:

Confirmation of grant by Peter de Sandiacre, for his soul and the souls of his ancestors and successors, to the church of St Mary of Stanley Park (or Dale abbey) and the Premonstratensian canons there, of 7 bovates of land in the vill of Sandiacre, namely those lands which Richard, son of Robert de Stapleford, and Philip de Touke gave them, apart from 4 tofts with crofts of the inheritance of the said Peter, for which he pays annually 3s., and which the said Peter now grants to the said canons.
