Acknowledgment by John Honford, brother to Robert Honford of Chorley, that he is agreed that he shall 'never make querell nor mater' with Laurence Lowe nor to Thomas Lowe his brother for such deeds, evidences and muniments as the said John delivered to the said Laurence and Thomas, pertaining to the lands and tenements that sometime were Thomas Fawne, for which delivery he acknowledges that the said Laurence and Thomas have paid him 6s. 8d.
