Confirmation of grant by Eustace, son of Eustace de Moretain, to Richard de Stafford of 3 bovates of land in the vill of Eyam which the said Richard had of the gift of Eustace the elder; one bovate of which Richard, father of the aforesaid Richard, held; one bovate which Adam de Kileburn held; and the third bovate 'quam predictus pater meus eidem Ricardo perfecit de dominico suo de Aihum'; to hold by service of finding a lamp burning before the altar of St Helen in the church of Eyam during divine service.
