Memorandum of Agreement between Robert Talbott, parson of Eyam, co. Derby, and John Morewodd of Oakes, co. York, gentleman, that the said John shall pay yearly to the said Robert (during such time as he shall continue parson there), for his lands in Eyam at or near Middleton, 18d. for Tithe Hay, at the rate of 2d. an acre; and also 2s. a year for his lands at or near Riley, at the rate of 2d. an acre.
