Grant by Nicholas Bisshop of Chapel en le Frith to Nicholas, son of John de Somerlesow, of 3 and a half acres of land lying in the fields of Unstone, in Northfield in the fee of Unstone, of which half an acre lies on a path which leads from Unstone towards Dronfield between the land of Adam de Tetlowe on the west and of Robert de Sellok on the east, abutting on one head upon the said path and another head upon a water called Northfeldbrok; and half an acre lies between the land of the said Robert on both sides, abutting on one head upon the said head on the said path, and the other head on the said water; and one acre lies in Turnepole Acre between the land of the said Robert on one part and land which John de Aston once held of John Gray on the one part, abutting on both heads as before; and one acre lies between the land of the said Robert on the west, and land which William Barton once held of the said Adam on the east, abutting on the said water and on a piece of land lying transversly on the said path; and one acre lying in separate places.
