Grant by Richard de Stretton, 'dominus' (lord) of Unstone, to Adam, son of William del Neubolt, of 2 water mills in Unstone in Scarsdale, with their 2 adjacent river 'holmis' (meadows) between the pond of the said water mills and the old watercourse, and with all the lands adjacent between the mill at Unstone and the highway with the 'pontus' (a bridge or the bridge-tree of the mill), and all wood growing in the said river meadows, with other rights and suit of mill; and 7s. 8d. of annual rent, 4s. 8d. received from Peter de Donston and Cecily his wife, and 3s. from Ralph le Mimer of Unstone, for all lands held of the said Richard and his ancestors in the fee of Unstone; annual rent, 1d.
