Grant by John Gray of Unstone to John Leek, esquire, John Acres, clerk, and Nicholas de Lowe, of one tenement in Unstone called Wyndehilplace, lying between the road called Wyndehil lane on the one part and the land of William Daweson on the other part; and one parcel of land called Wyndehil Carre lying between the place called le Clay on the one part and Wyndehil lane on the other part, abutting on le Cangul and le Cloogh; and one parcel of land lying between the land of William Daweson on the one part and a common way called le Milnegate ; and 2 parcels of land with 5s. 7d. annual rent in Unstone from one parcel of land lying between le Brigfeld on the one part and land called le Held on the other part, and another parcel of land lying between le Wyndhil lane on the one part and Wyndehilfeld on the other part, abutting upon Wyndehilyerd and le Todeshawe and the said parcel of land called le Milneland, and that aforesaid rent coming from the lands and tenements of Richard Clay in Apperknowle.
