Covenant whereby Ralph de Munjay leases to William Thoremon of Yeldersley and Isabel his wife, and Richard Thoremon, Robert Thoremon and William Thoremon, their sons, a toft with buildings and a croft in the fee of Yeldersley, which the said William once held of the same Ralph in villein tenure, except that part of the toft and croft which John, son of the said William, held at some time; and also the said Ralph grants to the said William, Isabel and their said sons, 9 and a half acres of arable land which the said William sometime held of the said Ralph in villein tenure in the fields of Yeldersley, the said toft and croft for a term of 20 years, and the 9 acres of land in the same for 10 years; annual rent for the toft and croft, 4s. 2d., and 7s. 11d. for the land.
