Agreement made at Derby before the justices in eyre between Sir ('dominus') Nigel de Langeford and Roger de Mercinton and Eleanor his wife, whereby the said Sir Nigel agrees not to make waste in nor sell the wood of Longford, called Brendewode, without licence from the said Roger, who undertakes to allow the said Sir Nigel free enjoyment of an assart called Limputruding, with cottages and land and a rent of 3s. from the same.
