Settlement, between Roger Durdent and Sir John de Bakepuz, of Barton, knight, of a dispute concerning 140 acres of land, 8 acres of meadow, 10 acres of pasture and a fourth part of a messuage in Nether Thurvaston, which the said John had of the feoffement of Richard Durdent, father of the said Roger, whereby the said John conveys to the said Roger 50 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow, and the fourth part of a messuage, lying severally in Nether Thurvaston upon Little Hul, and at Wache Grene, le Prior flat, le Cocke flat and le Batayleflat, on the part towards Thurvaston; upon Torlowe; upon Midduldich; upon Spinkes yate towards Sutton; upon Torlowe towards Barton; upon le Suliones; upon Over Markelowe; upon Briddesgrene; upon Over Sulione Hul; upon Doffinflat; in Markeloweslade; in Holewerede; upon le Flecher Sulinhul; upon Long Markelowe; upon Inlond; in the meadow of Longeford; and the said fourth part of the messuage lies next to the messuage of the said Roger; in return for 90 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow, and 10 acres of pasture called le Sparch in the same place.Dated Barton, co.
