Grant from Ranulf le Poer to Gilbert de Brunneslegh, in free marriage with Margery his daughter, of all his land which he holds in the territories of Selston and Kirkby beyond the stream called Holebroc, towards Kirkby, with all appurtenances and all men with their issue and chattels, except for Walter le Bonde and his issue and chattels and the moiety of the land the said Walter holds in Kirkby, saving to the said Gilbert and his tenants reasonable access through the middle part of the aforesaid moiety which remains to the said Ranulf towards the wood called Tolewode; annual rent 2s. 8d.
