Derby and the capital messuage called the 'Chauntrie', in Newark upon Trent and freehold lands and messuages in Newark aforesaid, and in Northgate, Thorpe, Stoke and Elston in the said county of Nottingham; annual rent for the manor of Sandiacre, £80, and for the lands in Thorpe, Stoke and Elston, £75, and after the death of Dame Mary Leeke, mother of the said William Leeke, for the manor of Kirk Hallam, and for the lands in Kirk Hallam, Mapperley and Ilkeston, £100, and after the death or remarriage of the said Dame Mary Leeke, for the lands in Newark and Northgate, £30; covenants to distrain for payment, and for quiet enjoyment.Enrolled in the Common Pleas, in Easter term, 4 Charles I [1628].
