Derby, late in the possession of the said Ralph Blackwall, with lands in Darley, Bridgetown [Darleybridge] and Matlock, co. Derby, namely the mansion house with appurtenances, the messuages now or late in the several tenures of Edmund Rowland, William Tolyer, John Holme, William Reaves, Richard Rowland, Roger Elles, William Bowne, James Wallwyn, Leonard Cressewell [William Sydney - crossed out], Thomas Ward, Richard Cressewell, Henry Adams and Thomas Adams, and also all those closes in the several tenures of Ralph Adams and James Wallwyn, the 2 smelting houses, and one-half of all court leets and views of frankpledge, and 11s. rent.
