Conveyance from Sir John Manners of Haddon, co. Derby, knight, to Richard Dale, his servant, for his faithful service, all his lands in Wensley which he lately purchased from Mr Wendesley [Wennesley] Blackwall and Mr Ralph Blackwall, his father, now in the tenure of John Pott, gentleman, to hold from the date of death of the said Sir John for 21 years, paying therefor yearly to the Governors and poor of St John's Hospital in Bakewell in the said county the sum of £18 by 10 equal payments of 45s., and paying to Roger Manners esquire, younger son of the said Sir John, 20s. yearly.
