Conveyanace by John Fytzherbert, King's Remembrancer in his Exchequer, to John Port and Joan his wife, daughter of the said John, for 300 marks, of which the said John Fytzherbert has pardoned them £40, of lands in Etwall, Burnaston, Trusley and Hilton, co. Derby, which the said John Fytzherbert had previously granted in trust to Walter Odeby, John Chauntrell, clerks, and Randulf Belyngton, the said John Port, John Copwode, John Yorke and John Yoman, and who from henceforth hold in trust for the said John and Joan and the heirs of the said John Fytzherbert.
