Wolley Ch xi.51

Conveyance in trust by Henry Peyrpointe of Holme, alias Holme Pierrepont, co. Nott., esquire, to John Harpur, his brother-in-law, and Robert Fletcher, his neighbour, for the continuance of his house in name and blood as it may please the Almighty, the manors and lands of the said Henry in Holme alias Holme Pierrepoint, Boughton, Bassingfield, Adbolton, Lamcote, Cotgrave, Clipston, Torlaston, Widmerpool, Broughton, Barton, Sneinton, Weston, Kirby in Ashfield, Cuckney, Woodhouses, Holbeck, Banbuske, Nether Langwith, Collingthwaite Grange, Hatfield Grange, Carlton near Gedling, Newark and Creswell in the said county of Nottingham, together with the rectory of Cuckney with the advowson of the vicarage there, and lands in Palterton, Walley, Bolsover Woodhouse, Glapwell, Sowbrook, Oxcroft, Romeley, Calshay, Staveley, Woodthorpe and Turlesthorpe, in the county of Derby, and all his other lands, for 80 years, and after his death to his eldest son and his heirs male, remainder to any younger sons in succession, in default to Gervase Peyrpointe, brother to the said Henry, for 80 years, and then as to one-third to the use of any wife of the said Gervase as her dower, and the reversion and the other two-thirds to the eldest son of the said Gervase, then to any younger sons, and in default to William Peyrpoint, youngest brother to the said Henry on the same terms, and in default to the right heirs of the said Henry.
