Grant by Thomas Williamson, of Tusmore, co. Oxon., 3rd son of Thomas Williamson of Tusmore, gentleman, that where John Claye of Crich, co. Derby, gentleman, by an indenture dated 10 March 37 Elizabeth did grant to the said Thomas his father, the manor of Wakebridge alias Wakbrige and the capital messuage, which German Poole [Pole] deceased in his lifetime did inhabit, and all houses, outbuildings and lands belonging to the said manor for 80 years if the said John and Margaret his wife did so long live, at the yearly rent of £20, and where the said manor was demised to the said Thomas Williamson the younger in trust that he should permit Peter Poole [Pole] and Bridget his wife, sister to the said Thomas, to take the profits of the said manor over and above the said yearly rent of £20, in pursuance of the trust and with the consent of the said Bridget Poole to the said Thomas the father the remainder of the term of the said lease, permitting the said Bridget to take the before-mentioned profits.
